Meagan Good defends relationship with Jonathan Majors amid Legal Troubles

Despite his recent convictions, Meagan Good says she is supporting her partner, fellow actor Jonathan Majors.

Majors was found guilty in December of third-degree harassment and reckless assault. He was found not guilty on one count of aggravated harassment and another assault charge, as we previously reported via CNN. The allegations sprang from a domestic fight between Majors and Grace Jabbari, his ex-girlfriend.

He was given a 52-week domestic abuse intervention program that must be completed in person in April. Majors' conviction could have resulted in a maximum of one year in prison.

Good stood by the "Loki" celebrity during his legal issues. She recently spoke with Hoda and Jenna on Today, where she talked about her connection with Majors. She acknowledged during the talk that "everyone" had told her not to date Majors.

Good remarked, "I know that when I trust my spirit, when I trust God, when I ask God, and when I move to the beat of my own drum, I can always look in the mirror." "I can always look at that and say, 'Well, that makes me proud.'" I have harmony and tranquility in my heart, no matter what occurs."

"I take into consideration the opinions of everyone I love, but ultimately, I have to live my life," she continued. I want to live the life I desire and take responsibility for the decisions I make.

In his acceptance speech for the Perseverance Award at the 2024 Hollywood Unlocked Awards last month, Majors gave the actress high marks.

Oscar winner Jason Lee, the CEO of Hollywood Unlocked, established the Impact Awards to honor "influencers, celebrities, and icons who have made a lasting effect on the culture." According to the press release, the award event honors the recipients' services in the fields of music, cinema, media, politics, social work, and the creative arts in order to recognize their achievements and support of the Black community, which was created by TV star, culture critic, and CEO Jason Lee.

Majors told Good during the speech, "I love you beyond all limit, with all my strength, with all my heart, I love you." "You carried me so many nights that I don't need to be so strong and harsh. I cherish you.
