INGREDIENTS

1 pound thick cut sliced bacon

½ cup brown sugar

1½ teaspoons coarse ground black pepper
PREPARING:

Separate your bacon slices.

Mix your brown sugar and black pepper together to create your own blend.

Sprinkle the blend over the bacon and place each strip in the skillet.

As they cook, sprinkle your blend over the bacon when you flip it over so the blend is on both sides.

Once the bacon is fully fried, take it out and sprinkle just a small splash of regular black pepper over it. Enjoy!
