Cajun Deviled Eggs

Cajun Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

  1. Mustard (Spicy preferred)

  2. Mayonnaise

  3. Hot Sauce (Crystal or Tobacco preferred)

  4. Tony Chachere Cajun Seasoning

  5. Cayenne Pepper or Paprika

  6. Boiled Eggs

  7. Chopped Green Onions

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Boil your eggs. (12-14 mins) Then let them cool and peel them.

  2. After peeling, slice each egg in half vertically. Take a spoon and dig out the yolk in each egg and place the yellow yolks into a mixing bowl. 

  3. Lay out all your white slit eggs on a sheet or pan.

  4. Mash up the yolks. Then add the mustard, hot sauce, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper/paprika, salt, and TC Cajun Seasoning. Mix it to a smooth mixture. (Add more mayonnaise to make it smoother.)

  5. Use a spoon and place the yolk mixture into the center of each egg on your serving pan.

  6. Sprinkle a little cajun seasoning over the top of each egg with a dash more chopped green onions sprinkled as well.

For an extra boost, add bacon bits over the top.
