INGREDIENTS

Mustard (Spicy preferred)

Mayonnaise

Hot Sauce (Crystal or Tobacco preferred)

Tony Chachere Cajun Seasoning

Cayenne Pepper or Paprika

Boiled Eggs
-
Chopped Green Onions
DIRECTIONS:

Boil your eggs. (12-14 mins) Then let them cool and peel them.

After peeling, slice each egg in half vertically. Take a spoon and dig out the yolk in each egg and place the yellow yolks into a mixing bowl.

Lay out all your white slit eggs on a sheet or pan.

Mash up the yolks. Then add the mustard, hot sauce, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper/paprika, salt, and TC Cajun Seasoning. Mix it to a smooth mixture. (Add more mayonnaise to make it smoother.)

Use a spoon and place the yolk mixture into the center of each egg on your serving pan.

Sprinkle a little cajun seasoning over the top of each egg with a dash more chopped green onions sprinkled as well.
For an extra boost, add bacon bits over the top.
