Kanye West slams Adidas for selling ‘Fake Yeezys’

According to Kanye West, Adidas sells “fake Yeezys” that he warns against.

The rapper shared a video on social media criticizing the business for selling prohibited hues under his name.

Anyone who loves Ye wouldn't purchase fakes West posted on Instagram, "Yeezys I never made these color ways I'm not getting paid and adidas is suing me."

The statement added, “All these celebrities and the public will stand against a T shirt or the color of my hat but when yall see me hide my children from me or see an actual Fortune 500 company rape one of your heroes in real life don’t nobody say nothing or do nothing “What are you doing now for the system? Take my album down again Freeze my accounts again Threaten to stop working with me Ye said all the new unapproved 350s are cool.

West elaborated on his Adidas concern in a second video.

He continued, “Let me explain really clearly to you guys what’s happening now with Adidas,” in the tape. “They're suing me for $250 million, releasing fake colorways, and not paying me for my name-branded shoes. They're exploiting contract provisions and 50 years of commercial knowledge to rape one of your favorite musicians in broad daylight.”

The 2013 Adidas-Kanye agreement ended in late 2022 when Ye reportedly made antisemitic statements. The firm stated it “does not tolerate antisemitism and any other sort of hate speech.”

Ye is having problems arranging live event locations, as reported before. Social media footage of him asking for help with this creative block was shared.

Ye said on Instagram: “We just sold out the United Center in seven minutes and I just wanted to express to everybody out there to see if anybody can help with this. Only this venue was available to me last year. I call and they say there are no availables, and you know why. If anyone can help, please do.”
